Board Meetings
Members are welcome to observe board meetings. However, the board would appreciate prior notice so that necessary seating or other arrangements can be made.
Members who want to bring a matter reasonably related to cooperative business to the attention of the board should give the cooperative as much notice as possible. A matter may be submitted in writing, if the member does not wish to attend the board meeting.

The LREC Board of Directors normally meets on the last Thursday of the month.
