Lake Region Electric Cooperative (LREC) is happy to announce we’re hosting a FREE Twins Youth Baseball Clinic this summer. LREC’s wholesale provider Great River Energy (GRE) has partnered with the Minnesota Twins to bring this FREE Youth Baseball Clinic to Breckenridge\, MN on Friday\, August 2 from 4:00pm–6:00pm. The event will take place at the Jefferson Park Baseball Field and is open to everyone ages 6-12. \n\n\n\nWhile the event is FREE\, 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘥𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦. SUMMARY:Minnesota Twins Baseball Clinic
DESCRIPTION:The summer of 2025 will be the 64th season that the Minnesota Twins and the Twins Community Fund\, in partnership with Great River Energy\, will offer free youth baseball and softball clinics. Created in 1961 by longtime Twins scout Angelo Giuliani\, our clinic program serves to promote baseball and softball to boys and girls throughout Twins Territory. Our Youth Clinics have always been available to participants for free and will remain that way. \n\n\n\nOur Youth Clinics teach fundamentals of the game\, including but not limited to hitting\, throwing\, and fielding. Along with reinforcing important frameworks\, clinics spread the JOY and FUN of baseball and softball. The clinics are for kids ages 6-12. We use safe equipment for kids and reinforce safety ground rules at the beginning of our events. We ask kids to bring their gloves and water to stay hydrated! Also include a ball cap\, sunscreen\, a snack\, or whatever else your ballplayer(s) might need. \n\n\n\nIf your child(ren) can no longer attend the clinic\, please email playball@twins.com as soon as possible\, so we can allow another ballplayer to attend the clinic.

SUMMARY:2026 Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Please make plans to join us for our Annual Meeting on April 30th\, 2026.  We will have three locations available\, all of which will have a meal. The two satellite locations will view a livestream of the primary location. The primary location is at Life Church in Fergus Falls (901 County Highway 116\, Fergus Falls)\, and the satellite locations are Holmes Theatre Ballroom in Detroit Lakes (826 Summit Ave\, Detroit Lakes) and Prairie Event Center in Parkers Prairie (201 West Main Street\, Parkers Prairie). \n\n\n\nRegistration and dinner begin at 5:00 p.m. in Fergus Falls and at 5:30 p.m. in Detroit Lakes and Parkers Prairie. Business meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m.
