SCAM ALERT! Members have reported receiving telephone calls from individuals posing as LREC. The scammers state LREC will give you a percentage of your electric bill back if they can get your debit/credit card. If you receive a call or text from any number demanding your debit/credit card information or payment, hang up or do not click anything, and consider reporting the incident to local authorities.

The following numbers will be used if LREC is contacting members:

  • (855) 939-3571 // LREC’s SmartHub number (text notifications)
  • (218) 853-5732 // LREC’s texting number
